BOVLEI WINERY

Bovlei is a small cooperative, situated in Wellington.  They produce approximately 10.000 Ton of grapes yearly.  Contrary to most cooperatives, Bovlei operates in a similar way as estates, all the grapes, instead of the wines, go to the central cellar, where the wines are made.  This gives the wines a much higher quality than could be expected from a coop.

The wines are to be found under different labels in different countries.

Bovlei was able to bring the first year of the new millenium on the European market.  The chenin blanc 2000 vintage was being sold by the end of March 2000.  Each year since, this operation is repeated.
