Castello Del Trebbio

Castello del Trebbio, a 13th century castle, in the heart of the Chianti Rufina.  The castle is full of history and played an important role in renaissance Firenze.  The castle was owned by the Pazzi Family, competitors to the more famous de Medici.

Today, the family Casadei owns and lives in the castle.  They do not only produce great wines in the surrounding vineyards but also saffron, olives and wheat – all in their typical respect for nature and with the emphasis on sustainability.

For those who love Tuscany, enjoy the hospitality of owner Anna-Mira, in the agriturismo.
